Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

- The product must be in a factory sealed box enclosed in a separate shipping box and have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging. The product cannot be returned if it is missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC).
- If the product received is DOA (dead on arrival) or damaged by the carrier condition can be returned for a full money back refund, including original shipping charges. Return authorization for such products must be requested within 48 hours after receiving the product. We reserve the right to test DOA returns. If the customer misrepresents, the condition of the product return will be processed per our "Open box" policy mentioned above.
- If the product was sold as used, refurbished, and other than "new" condition, then it can only be returned if it is DOA, arrived in damaged condition, or is still in an unopened box for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
- If the product was opened/used, it can be returned within 30 days of the purchase for a refund, excluding any shipping charges. A 20% minimum restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase price. The product must be in mint condition and have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards. If the product is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher than 20% restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping expenses, excluding only when products are DOA or the shipment is damaged by the shipping carrier. Products that were shipped for free (with the free standard shipping) will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund. When shipping the product back to us via the carrier of your choice, we recommend shipping with delivery confirmation and insurance. If we provide a prepaid shipping label to the customer, the actual return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund total.
- Orders Paid via PayPal: If a product was ordered and paid for via PayPal, it will be subject to an additional PayPal fee deduction (2.9% for domestic and 3.9% for international accounts plus $0.30) unless the product is DOA or the shipment was damaged by the carrier.
